What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Consultant, Dealer Services, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement action plans tailored to dealers’ needs and objectives, analyze results, monitor progress, and recommend strategies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Plan and conduct dealer visits, present performance results and gaps, recommend appropriate adjustments, and ensure rigorous follow-up with clients and the various dealer departments.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships, acting as a key point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service, and proactively identifying opportunities, issues, and risks within client accounts.
- Maximize the penetration and diversification of products and services, while staying informed of market activities, business opportunities, and competitive developments.
- Train and support Financial Services Managers on products, compliance, sales techniques, and corporate tools using the P.A.C.T.E./Lean approach, while also supporting the onboarding of new Financial Services Managers.
- Promote the effective use of Unifie 2.0 and ensure required administrative and compliance follow-ups, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has in-depth knowledge of the sales process, the market, and the Financial Services Manager role, as well as a strong understanding of dealership operations and departments.
- Stands out for their customer service mindset, professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Demonstrates strong autonomy, adaptability, organizational skills, rigour, and a results-oriented approach.
- Has strong abilities to set objectives, develop strategies, solve problems, and transfer knowledge in an effective and engaging manner.
- Has strong knowledge of P.A.C.T.E./Lean and Unifie 2.0, as well as systems used by dealerships.
- Has positive knowledge of insurance and warranty products, financial institutions, and the regulations and legislation applicable to the industry.
- An advanced level of proficiency in French is mandatory for this position.
