Reporting to the Business Technology & AI Lead, the engineer serves as Algo’s primary internal IT resource. The work spans Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, networking, and employee support. It also includes coordinating external providers, improving systems, and supporting security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily Microsoft administration, infrastructure, networking, and employee support
- Coordinate external IT providers and maintain continuity documentation
- Review systems, identify gaps, recommend changes, and implement improvements
- Build tools, scripts, and integrations with developers
- Manage devices, configurations, access,



repairs, and replacements

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of relevant mid-to-senior experience
- Independently understand, write, modify, and debug code
- Strong Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune experience
- Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Experience with centralized device management and security tools
