The Financial Controller oversees accounting and financial activities while reporting to the President or Chief Financial Officer. This role covers financial statements, cash management, audits, budgets, and forecasts. It also supports acquisitions, integrations, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full accounting cycle and financial record integrity
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate annual audits and external auditor relationships
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of accounting and finance experience
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Robust understanding of internal controls and financial best practices
- Advanced Excel proficiency and QuickBooks experience
- CPA designation considered an asset
