Manage commercial real estate properties for Restaurant Brands International in an in-office regional role requiring financial and communication expertise.

As Property Manager, you will oversee RBI properties across your assigned North American region. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will coordinate with Operations, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Development, Finance, and Accounting. Your work supports accurate property data and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain lease data according to RBI internal quality standards
- Coordinate landlords and franchisees on reconciliations, maintenance, and disputes
- Validate rent, CAM, tax, and billing data integrity
- Prepare correspondence about adjustments, payments, costs, and site issues




- Oversee non-restaurant property maintenance and daily management

Requirements:

- Five or more years in property management or property accounting
- Robust financial competencies and retail or commercial real estate experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional teamwork
- Advanced project management skills and problem-solving ability
