Project engineering expertise meets manufacturing execution at IPEX’s Mississauga plant, supporting technical projects across locations and departments.

This Project Engineer reports to the Regional Project Engineering Manager and supports engineering teams across IPEX locations. The work combines project execution, technical support, documentation, reporting, coordination, risk management, and compliance. Collaboration spans operations, maintenance, quality control, health and safety, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects within established standards
- Provide engineering design, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
- Prepare specifications, drawings, reports, and progress updates
- Coordinate implementation with teams, contractors,



and suppliers
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical
- Minimum three years’ manufacturing or related industrial engineering experience
- P. Eng designation obtained or in progress
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CAD systems, and three-dimensional perception
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario
