Manage infrastructure and environmental projects with DCC using project management and risk management expertise in a hybrid, two-days-per-week work model.

As a Technical Specialist, Project Management, you will support routine to moderately complex projects from concept through handover. You will advise Client-Partners, coordinate consultants and stakeholders, and prepare documentation. Your work will span current builds, underground utility upgrades, and remediation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage infrastructure and environmental projects through final handover
- Prepare project documentation, business cases, and approvals
- Coordinate communications and facilitate timely stakeholder decisions
- Manage project risks and prepare monthly reports




- Support procurement and business development activities

Requirements:

- College diploma in engineering, architecture, or related field
- Four years of relevant experience, or equivalent
- Project and risk management knowledge
- Proficiency with project management tools, software, and operating systems
- Minimum Reliability security status clearance required
