Altrad seeks experienced Scaffolding Supervisors for an upcoming long-term maintenance contract. You will oversee daily operations across industrial utility facilities, coordinating people, materials, and equipment. The position requires leadership, industrial maintenance knowledge, and understanding of OH&S; legislation and CSA scaffold standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee safe, compliant daily scaffolding activities
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment against schedules
- Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and quality checks
- Lead, mentor,



and oversee scaffolders’ performance
- Maintain permits, documentation, and scaffold tags

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Scaffolder or equivalent experience
- Proven supervision in industrial maintenance environments
- Strong OH&S; and CSA scaffold standards knowledge
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within Edmonton city areas
