As an experienced People Operations Generalist, you will manage onboarding, benefits, employee records, compliance, and HR systems. You will support recruiting, culture programs, reporting, and process improvements. The work spans United States and Canadian advantages and employment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, agreements, background checks, and eligibility verification
- Administer US benefits, open enrollment, and broker coordination
- Maintain HR tools, employee files, and accurate data
- Compile audit documentation with executive and cross-functional partners
- Support rewards, recognition, learning, and culture programs
Requirements:
- Three or more years of full-cycle HR experience
- Hands-on HRIS and HR technology experience
- Familiarity with US and Canadian benefits practices
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organization
- Comfort working across teams and organizational levels
