The Manager, Scheduling leads near-to-medium-term flight schedule implementation and continuous optimization. You will guide schedule refinement, slot administration, capacity shifts, and publishing timelines. The role also coordinates with Crew Planning, Airport Operations, Maintenance, and Revenue Management to ensure feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead schedule refinement and quality assurance routines
- Manage, mentor, and develop the commercial scheduling team
- Standardize weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedule releases
- Administer Porter’s near-to-medium-term slot portfolio
- Analyze performance using SQL queries and Tableau dashboards
Requirements:
- Four to five years of progressive airline scheduling experience
- Leadership experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams
- Experience with Sabre, Zulu, NetLine, or equivalent platforms
- SQL, Tableau, and PowerPoint or Google Slides expertise
- University degree in aviation, business, operations research, statistics, or related field
