Hopewell Development LP seeks a senior analyst for its Accounting & Finance team. You will analyze financial, economic, and statistical information supporting investment, development, and leasing decisions. The role combines financial modelling, investment evaluation, portfolio reporting, and commercial real estate analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate investment opportunities and prospective tenant creditworthiness
- Reconcile development models with Construction, Leasing, and Accounting
- Analyze real estate valuations across Hopewell’s portfolio
- Prepare pro forma models, investment materials,



and Board presentations
- Review deliverables and mentor junior and intermediate analysts

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Business degree or equivalent
- Five to seven years of relevant post-graduate finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and robust financial modelling experience
- Investment and business opportunity evaluation experience
- Solid communication, judgment, accuracy, and prioritization skills
