As Manager, Processing, you will direct daily work across new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, policy issuance, invoicing, and documentation. You will partner with Underwriting and Finance to maintain accurate, timely service. The role combines hands-on leadership with workflow oversight, quality monitoring, employee coaching, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support the Processing Team
- Set priorities, allocate work, and manage coverage
- Oversee accurate, timely policy processing and documentation
- Monitor workflow, backlogs, quality, and turnaround times




- Improve procedures, controls, workflows, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Five years of progressive Canadian property and casualty insurance experience
- Experience leading, supervising, or directing employees
- Knowledge of insurance policy administration and processing
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and workload-management skills
- Microsoft Office and insurance administration systems proficiency
