Provide in-person EAP counseling through ComPsych using behavioral health expertise, clinical assessment, and solution-focused support in your community.

ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program Provider Network. As an independent provider, you will deliver short-term counseling to employees and household members. Services address workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, work-life balance, and other non-acute behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide short-term, solution-focused counseling through primarily in-person sessions
- Conduct intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and counseling sessions
- Support coping skills, practical strategies, and client stabilization




- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate intake, referrals, authorizations, and case management

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
- At least three years of post-master’s clinical experience
- Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
- Active skilled liability insurance where applicable
- Most recent resume or curriculum vitae
