Apply industrial millwright expertise at Saputo’s Brandon, Manitoba facility, maintaining manufacturing and packaging equipment on rotating twelve-hour shifts. Troubleshoot breakdowns while protecting food safety.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this full-time Millwright performs reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance in a processing setting. The position includes equipment troubleshooting, repairs, installations, modifications, and computer-based workorders. Collaboration with other trades groups supports project assignments and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform reactive, predictive, and preventative plant equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair equipment to minimize downtime
- Install and modify equipment, repairing parts when necessary




- Work effectively without jeopardizing food safety
- Complete project assignments with other trades groups

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Millwright ticket, license, or qualification certificate
- Hands-on food industry or high-speed packaging experience preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and collaborative working ability
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Effective communication and computer-based workorder completion skills
