Blackline Civil Inc. seeks an experienced Finish Skid Steer Operator for varied civil construction projects. The work includes fine grading, site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. You will read grade stakes, follow site plans, and support ground crews while maintaining quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer equipment for fine grading and finishing
- Perform leveling, backfilling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Assist grading around curbs, sidewalks, utilities, and structures
- Read grade stakes and follow site plans
- Conduct inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- Two-plus years operating skid steers in civil construction
- Finish grading and final site preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work safely around utilities and tight spaces
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
