Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, review, approve, schedule, and expedite wire rod orders
- Process order modifications and advise personnel of necessary changes
- Answer customer information requests and maintain business records
- Forecast customer shipment tons for the Shipping department
- Coordinate customer visits to IRM
