Create user-focused software experiences at BMO using creative thinking, programming, and technology requirements analysis. This role is based at 33 Dundas Street West.

As a UX/UI Designer within BMO’s Technology Drives software development lifecycle, you will translate user requirements into technical specifications and design specifications. You will support system design, develop and test applications, and document lifecycle execution. The role also involves troubleshooting, integration, and applying security and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate user requirements into technical specifications
- Prepare design specifications and support system design
- Develop, test, and implement software programs




- Document software development lifecycle execution
- Troubleshoot systems and service applications

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of programming and applications integration
- Experience with quality assurance and testing
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
