As Senior Product Manager, Policies, you own roadmap and execution for authentication policies across Okta. You will guide the Policy Framework, Policy API, and Auth Pipeline while connecting platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own roadmap prioritization across customer, platform, and market needs
- Define policies balancing user experience with security requirements
- Drive direction for Policy Framework, Policy API, and Auth Pipeline
- Manage versioning, staged rollout, auditability,
and rollback strategies
- Represent Policies during customer escalations and executive briefings
Requirements:
- Six or more years of product management experience
- Experience with identity, security, platform, or developer products
- Ability to discuss technical topics deeply with engineering teams
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset for ambiguous product problems
