Lead national HSE strategy at Clutch while building safety systems, teams, and accountability fully on-site in Mississauga, Ontario. Protect workers across production and logistics operations.

As Clutch’s first Director of Health, Safety and Setting, you will own the enterprise HSE mandate for a growing, multi-site business. You will set standards, oversee compliance, and advise executives while implementing a Safety Management System. The mandate spans Canadian OHS legislation, environmental programs, incident management, training, and worker engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set national HSE strategy and secure executive sponsorship
- Own the Safety Management System and annual audits
- Manage regulatory, environmental, and operational safety programs




- Lead serious-incident investigations and corrective actions
- Build and develop the national HSE team

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of progressive HSE experience
- Three-plus years in senior leadership with multi-site accountability
- Experience building HSE teams and management systems
- Ontario OHSA and multi-province Canadian legislation expertise
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, WHMIS, TDG, and WSIB/WCB
