The Senior Human Resources SAP S/4HANA Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA HR This role partners closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑quality HR technology solutions. Mostly Remote S/4HANA HR configuration data model, including setup, governance, and ongoing maintenance. between S/4HANA HR, SuccessFactors, payroll, talent management, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain documentation for configuration settings, system parameters, data mappings, and integration workflows. Provide senior-level functional and technical support for HR processes, including issue resolution and root-cause analysis. system testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), ensuring solution quality and alignment with business requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement, solution optimization,



and adoption of S/4HANA best practices. SAP S/4HANA HR SAP HCM , including advanced configuration expertise. structure, configuration, and data dependencies. across payroll, organizational management, talent management, and SuccessFactors. SAP configuration tools, enhancement frameworks, and data migration concepts. Solid understanding of HR business processes, data flows, and compliance considerations.
