Solution Engineer Pre-Sales Do you enjoy combining technology, business strategy, and customer engagement to solve complex challenges? As a Solution Engineer II, you'll play a critical role in helping organizations understand how modern Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions can transform the way they operate. You'll partner with sales teams, engage directly with senior stakeholders, deliver impactful software demonstrations, and become a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations that address customer business challenges and goals Partner closely with Account Executives to drive the technical strategy behind new opportunities and support successful deal outcomes Work with customers to understand requirements and design solutions that align with their needs Represent Diligent through customer-facing events, webinars, and industry engagements These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview: 3-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role Proven experience delivering software demonstrations and presenting solutions to customers Experience working alongside sales teams to support complex software sales cycles It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't: Experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales enablement platforms Relevant certifications or specialist expertise in a compliance, risk, or governance domain If you're excited by the prospect of helping customers solve meaningful business challenges while building both technical and commercial expertise,
