Lead Wealthsimple’s upmarket product strategy through technical fluency and personalized financial experiences for high-net-worth clients. This hybrid team works across North America.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a major product area spanning onboarding, consolidation, and the Tiers program. You will define strategy, guide complex cross-functional work, and help clients move more of their financial lives to Wealthsimple. The work combines customer-facing products, platform thinking, and sustained iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision and strategy for high-net-worth clients
- Own the roadmap for evolving Wealthsimple’s Tiers program
- Build personalized consolidation experiences across the funding funnel
- Coordinate engineers, designers,



and data scientists
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance

Requirements:

- Experience shipping customer-facing and platform products
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
- Technical fluency in architecture and tradeoffs
- Systems thinking and rigorous problem-solving skills
- Belief in financial inclusion and client access
