Flow Foundation seeks a Senior Programming Language Engineer to shape Cadence, a smart contract language built around resource-oriented programming. You will develop language features from conception through implementation while connecting language behavior with the core protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement features for the Cadence programming language
- Connect language implementation with on-chain execution environments
- Understand interactions between Cadence and the core protocol
- Develop tools supporting programming language development




- Help shape Cadence’s future direction and capabilities

Requirements:

- Practical experience designing and implementing compilers
- Experience with parsing, semantic analysis, and type checking
- Knowledge of optimization and code generation
- Exposure to diverse languages and programming paradigms
- Experience with Go, Rust, C, C++, Swift, or Python
