As Director of Enterprise Engineering, Practices and Platforms, you will align engineering direction across Digital, Retail, Infrastructure, Product, and Supply Chain. You will shape strategy, developer platforms, engineering insights, and secure, reliable delivery. Your scope includes CICD, Observability, internal developer platforms, and engineering standards.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of related engineering experience
- Experience managing practices in 1k+ person organizations
- 5+ years in senior leadership or relevant management
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and architecture communities
- Solid communication and storytelling skills
