Lead HR operations transformation at Altus Group in Toronto through scalable processes, Workday expertise, and stronger service governance. This full time permanent role uses a hybrid work model.

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, the Senior Manager, HR Operations will build processes, governance, technology, and service practices for a global organization. You will improve employee lifecycle operations, HR data quality, reporting reliability, audit readiness, and cross-functional execution. Workday, ServiceNow, automation, and approved AI-enabled solutions support this mandate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and continuously improve the HR Operations model
- Standardize, automate, document, and measure operational HR work
- Own onboarding, employee changes, organizational updates, and offboarding




- Strengthen workforce data governance and recurring reporting
- Partner across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal

Requirements:

- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in complex organizations
- Hands-on Workday or comparable HRIS experience
- Understanding of data quality, controls, documentation, and audit readiness
- Ability to redesign processes and execute through ambiguity
