Build advanced machine learning models at Clio using natural language processing and structured or unstructured data across Canada and the US. Local hub employees attend offices twice weekly. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will create LLM and agentic solutions that streamline legal workflows. You will work with retrieval, tool use, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and complex data preprocessing. Collaboration spans engineering, product management, operations, and data science. The AI team develops tools for legal professionals through GenAI, natural language processing, and agentic systems.
