Apply graph learning, transformers, and ranking at Jobber as a Staff Data Scientist building production machine learning systems for automated decisions.

Reporting to the Manager, Data Science, this senior individual contributor owns models and systems inside Jobber’s product. You will work with SignalGraph, RAG systems, real-time serving, and high-velocity SaaS, scheduling, payments, and text data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain SignalGraph metric contracts, catalogs, and diagnostics
- Design and evaluate retrieval-augmented generation systems
- Own training, serving, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining
- Establish systematic evaluation and regression testing standards
- Shape MLOps, feature-store, and machine-learning engineering practices

Requirements:

- End-to-end production machine learning experience
- Solid statistics foundation and expert SQL
- Production-grade Python skills
- Hands-on transformers, deep learning, ranking, and representation learning
- Experience with RAG, context management, and production LLM systems

Lead trustworthy applied machine learning at Jobber through graph methods, evaluation, production systems, and technical mentorship.
