As Senior Creative Director, you will oversee marketing creative services across locations while reporting to the Head of Marketing. The work combines hands-on production, team mentorship, stakeholder alignment, and AI workflow innovation. You will guide artists, designers, and motion creatives while shaping scalable production systems and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead creative reviews and establish consistent quality benchmarks
- Mentor artists, designers, and motion creatives through structured feedback
- Develop creative services roadmaps aligned with business goals




- Integrate generative AI tools into production workflows
- Deliver static, motion, video, and CG assets

Requirements:

- 10+ years in creative production, art direction, motion design, or related fields
- Senior creative leadership and mentoring experience
- Hands-on generative AI production expertise
- Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator proficiency
- Experience designing automated creative production systems
