As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop solutions using structured and unstructured data. You will work with natural language processing, GenAI, and LLM technologies. Your work will help improve customer experiences and streamline legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
- Create LLM and agentic solutions for Clio clients
- Identify ML-driven features with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and data science
- Work alongside machine learning and MLOps engineers

Requirements:

- Experience designing and shipping reliable agentic systems
- Proficiency cleaning and preprocessing complex unstructured datasets
- Experience with open-source LLMs and commercial APIs
- Projects demonstrating machine learning expertise and growth
- Mentorship experience in agile software development
