At Weir Marine Engineering, you will lead architecture, design, and technical direction for a large-scale Defence Network Infrastructure and Systems Modernization initiative. You will develop end-to-end architectures spanning networking, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, systems integration, and cybersecurity. Your work will align solutions with operational, business, security, Government of Canada, and DND/CAF standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture, design, and technical direction
- Develop integrated end-to-end technical solutions
- Lead architecture reviews, approvals,



and risk management
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams
- Support zero harm safety behaviors

Requirements:

- 10+ years in IT architecture or infrastructure modernization
- Large-scale complex project architecture leadership experience
- Enterprise networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud expertise
- Cybersecurity, secure architecture, and Zero Trust knowledge
- Canadian citizenship and qualifying Canadian residency for Secret clearance
