Lead enterprise customer success for Skydio’s Canadian accounts, combining implementation expertise with proactive adoption and expansion management. This remote role is based in British Columbia or Ontario, with travel.

As Customer Success Manager, you will own implementation, usage, adoption, retention, and expansion across public sector and commercial customers. You will bridge customers with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams. Your work will help deliver autonomous solutions, build customer loyalty, and shape Canadian customer success strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage implementation projects for large enterprise customers
- Build scalable onboarding and post-sales success processes
- Drive adoption, renewals, and expansions across approximately twenty accounts




- Develop relationships through engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews
- Quantify feedback and brief executives on product roadmap needs

Requirements:

- Experience supporting public sector or commercial industry customers
- Track record implementing and scaling technology programs
- Solid communication and project management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately forty percent
- Ability to reside in Canada and obtain Advanced Operations certification
