As a Staff Engineer, you will own technical design and development for cross-functional, multi-platform, fault-tolerant application systems. You will guide engineering standards, contribute to high-level design, and improve developer experience. The work spans application development, data design, modelling, architecture, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical design and development for application systems
- Contribute to high-level design and architecture decisions
- Establish engineering practices, standards, and code review expectations
- Improve internal frameworks, tools, and developer experience




- Mentor junior and intermediate associates through engineering practices

Requirements:

- At least six years of hands-on development experience
- At least six years in application development or data architecture
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
- Experience mentoring associates and guiding technical stakeholders
- Java, Python, Go, or object-oriented programming experience preferred
