Turn donor partnerships into youth mental health impact as Jack.org’s Senior Development Officer, based in Toronto or remotely elsewhere in Canada.

This full time fundraising position builds lasting relationships with major donors and prospects while advancing Jack.org’s mission. You will research opportunities, connect partner interests with organizational programs, and create meaningful engagement strategies. The role reports to the Director, Development, with collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research prospects and upgrade mid-level and annual donors
- Connect donor interests with mission opportunities
- Write logical, engaging proposals and funding communications
- Maintain accurate donor documentation and database updates




- Learn mission activities and provide relevant donor information

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive revenue development experience
- Demonstrated success closing major gifts
- Superior verbal, written, and public speaking skills
- Experience with Salesforce or relational databases
- French language proficiency is an asset

Use relationship-building, proposal writing, and prospect development expertise to grow sustainable revenue for Jack.org’s mission.
