This Senior AI Developer position focuses on enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. You will use contemporary AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, Python, and backend service design. Deep AI/ML expertise is the primary priority, while AWS experience supports scalable deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement production-ready Generative AI and ML capabilities
- Build AI-driven backend pipelines and automated operational workflows
- Architect secure, performant APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Implement CI/CD, monitoring, drift tracking, and model deployment automation




- Partner with architects, data engineers, and security teams

Requirements:

- Five-plus years building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying models
- Proficiency with LLM orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and prompts
- Strong Python expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or asynchronous frameworks
- Experience automating backend tasks, data pipelines, and workflows
- Work two days weekly in Downtown Toronto; remote flexibility available
