As Director, you will support growth in Energy, Infrastructure and Renewables Financial Due Diligence. Partner with corporate and financial investors across buy-side and sell-side engagements. Turn financial data into actionable advice while helping clients assess risks, opportunities, valuations, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Analyze business plans, public information, and historical financials
- Identify and report key risks and issues
- Deliver diligence reports and presentations to clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Financial Due Diligence experience
- 2–3 years at Senior Manager level preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong FDD and financial analysis expertise
- Leadership, project management, and communication skills
