Own accounting across ResQ’s Canadian parent and U.S. subsidiaries, applying technical judgment and cross-border expertise. Build scalable processes while supporting North American growth.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee accounting operations, reporting, and consolidation across multiple entities. You will lead close activities, manage U.S. and Canadian compliance, and analyze service-line margins. The work includes contractor economics, warranty-style revenue, and financial information beyond a traditional SaaS model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting, reporting, and entity consolidation
- Lead timely monthly and annual financial close processes
- Analyze P&L;, delivery costs, contractor payouts, and margins
- Strengthen controls, close processes,



and accounting systems
- Manage cross-border tax registrations, filings, and remittances

Requirements:

- CPA Canada, CPA United States, or equivalent designation
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Knowledge of United States GAAP or IFRS
- Multi-entity, multi-currency, cross-border accounting experience
- Robust Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and close skills
