Key Responsibilities:

- Define, standardize, and govern enterprise technology metrics
- Develop indicators covering modernization, resilience, productivity, and value
- Produce strategic analyses, dashboards, and executive reporting

- Establish semantic models, metadata, lineage, and quality controls

Requirements:

- More than 10 years in data, analytics, or technology strategy
- Enterprise metrics, scorecards, and performance frameworks experience
- Hands-on pipelines, data models, reconciliation, and curated products
- SQL and Python for analysis, validation, and prototyping
- French and English knowledge required
