Drive strategic FP&A; at Other.™, combining forecasting, commercial analysis, and finance technology in a adaptable hybrid environment. Partner with the CFO as the company integrates Planning and Performance.

As Director of Finance, you will connect day-to-day financial precision with executive advisory across a privately owned Toronto-based team. You will lead consolidated budgeting, multi-year forecasting, capital allocation, and scenario modeling for new business, US expansion, and service lines. The position also oversees finance systems, automation, and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CFO on budgets and multi-year forecasts
- Build models for expansion, recent business, and service lines
- Evaluate and optimize the finance technology stack




- Automate workflows and reduce manual reporting errors
- Manage fractional Controller and Bookkeeper resources

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Leadership experience across finance operations
- Agency experience with profitability and client retainers preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and cash flow modeling
- Exceptional collaboration across executive leadership teams
