AtkinsRéalis seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded UAE projects within a growing team. The position focuses on contracts and commercial management, including variations, claims, payment assessments, and project reporting. Experience with FIDIC Contracts, CostX or similar QS software, and high-rise office or residential projects is relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer commercial contracts after contract award
- Assess re-measurement, interim, and final account payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports and evaluate variations
- Manage contractor claims, provisional sums,
and prime costs
- Manage bonds, insurances, and nominated subcontractors
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant post-degree experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
- Previous FIDIC Contracts experience preferred
- Minimum four years’ consultant or client background
- CostX or similar QS software knowledge required
