Architecture49 seeks a senior National Sector Leader, Healthcare, to shape practice direction across Canada. The role combines client engagement, design excellence, business development, and operational leadership. You will guide major pursuits, strengthen regional capabilities, and advance healthcare design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Architecture49’s national healthcare strategy
- Grow market share through relationships and strategic pursuits
- Lead partnerships, business development, and major pursuit strategies
- Strengthen relationships with health authorities, hospitals,



and ministries
- Provide executive leadership on major healthcare projects

Requirements:

- Skilled Architecture degree and Canadian registration
- 15+ years’ leadership experience in healthcare architecture or delivery
- Experience with complex facilities and infrastructure pursuits
- Understanding of Design-Build and P3 procurement models
- Ability to travel nationally
