This experienced lawyer role supports a specialty insurance company’s Claims Prevention team. You will research legal and practice management issues, develop policies, and create practical guidance. The position suits a lawyer transitioning from traditional practice into presentation focused work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver CPD programs, conference presentations, webinars, and short form videos
- Research complex legal and practice management issues
- Translate requirements into practical, accessible guidance
- Develop and amend educational resources for group members




- Update materials as law and practice guidance change

Requirements:

- JD or LLB and Canadian lawyer licensing in good standing
- Minimum five years of litigation experience
- Real estate litigation experience particularly valued
- Solid writing and seminar presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex legal requirements clearly
