Keep Bethany Residence clean, organized, and welcoming as a Support Service Worker serving residents in Burlington. Work full-time or part time from 7:00AM-3:30PM.

This Support Service Worker position reports to the Supervisor at Thrive Group’s Bethany Residence program. Responsibilities may include housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, laundry collection and processing, meal service, and dishwashing. Candidates should manage priorities, meet timelines, and maintain clean, sanitary work areas while supporting residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete housekeeping tasks throughout resident apartments
- Clean common areas and maintain sanitary conditions
- Collect and process personal laundry for residents




- Return laundered personal items to residents
- Set, serve, and support resident meals

Requirements:

- Genuine interest in working with seniors and adults with disabilities
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to plan work according to priority
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment beneficial
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move variable-weight items
