Serve Grey Eagle Resort & Casino guests in Calgary by selling room nights and delivering exceptional reservation service. Use reservation systems while staying calm during busy periods.
Reporting to Front Office leadership, the Reservation Agent promotes rooms to existing and potential clients. You will provide efficient, courteous service to internal and external guests while following established policies, procedures, quality standards, and services. The position operates within a 24/7 setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell room nights to existing clients
- Promote room nights to potential clients
- Take reservations using the reservations system
- Complete dupe checks and non-guaranteed cancellations
- Provide courteous service during busy periods
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of full-service hotel experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet skills
- Knowledge of Calgary-area attractions and surroundings
- Fluent English and Canadian employment eligibility
- At least 19 years old and flexible for all shifts
