As Courier Team Lead, you assist management with daily sort, delivery, pickup, and applicable remote domicile or feeder operations. You lead assigned sectors, model best practices, and mentor hourly employees through communication, coaching, and leadership. The role requires current Courier experience, driving qualifications, and training compliance.
