Support high-volume bar operations as a part-time Bartender’s Assistant, keeping supplies ready and service areas clean throughout shifts.

This position works closely with bartenders to maintain smooth service. You will restock liquor, beer, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies. The work also includes cleaning, inventory support, deliveries, and coordination with FOH and BOH teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Anticipate bartender needs during each shift
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected service areas
- Restock bar and storage supplies as required
- Support inventory counts and product rotation
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH for seamless service

Requirements:

- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for late-night shifts of four to eight hours
