As a Retail Associate, also known as an Eyecare Consultant, you will create memorable optical shopping experiences. You will recommend frames, explain products and services, and support first-time contact lens customers. Full training covers optical knowledge and pre-screening procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and create a friendly store workplace
- Recommend frames matching lenses and personal style
- Explain offers, products, and services clearly
- Perform retinal imaging, pressure checks,
and visual field testing
- Measure frames and process eyewear orders accurately
