Key Responsibilities:

- Guide customers with product recommendations and education
- Deliver welcoming, customer-first retail service
- Maintain merchandising and store upkeep standards
- Restock shelves and receive store deliveries
- Complete inventory checks and verify customer identification

Requirements:

- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Robust communication skills
- Customer-first approach to service
- Cannabis selling certification such as Selling It Right
- Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds
