Support residents overnight through personal care, daily living assistance, and timely pendant responses. This full-time schedule runs Thursday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

As a Care Partner, you will deliver services aligned with resident requests and service plans. The work includes housekeeping, laundry, reports, life enrichment support, and communication across departments. You will encourage personal choices, independence, and spiritual needs while protecting confidentiality and property rights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize tasks as resident requests and needs change
- Assist residents to scheduled life enrichment programs
- Review 24 Hour and shift change reports
- Provide verbal encouragement and resident support
- Honor confidentiality and residents’ personal property rights

Requirements:

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write straightforward correspondence
- Present information in one on one situations
- Apply common sense to detailed instructions
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
