As a student leader in Residence Life, you will be visible, approachable, and accessible to residents. You will assess community needs, encourage participation, and hold monthly floor meetings addressing concerns and activities. The position also includes liaison work with residence staff, Residence Council, the institution, and students. Administrative records, reporting, training, and confidentiality are essential parts of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess community needs with the Residence Life Coordinator
- Plan, implement, and evaluate monthly programs




- Hold monthly floor meetings for community discussions
- Encourage resident involvement in campus activities
- Serve as a liaison among residence stakeholders

Requirements:

- Full time student enrollment at the institution
- Minimum 65% GPA during employment
- Above-average customer service skills
- Positive contribution to the residence community
- Complete required online and in-person training
