Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Home Care Attendant for its Stonewall Community Health Office. Under the Home Care Resource Coordinator, you will follow care plans, policies, and program standards. Your work supports integrated, holistic services responsive to residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal and supportive care according to care plans
- Support clients’ independence and safety in their homes
- Meet identified client needs with comfort, privacy, and respect




- Collaborate with health team members on integrated services

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited college
- Previous elderly or infirm care experience preferred
