Diagnose and repair major appliances at Best Buy Canada’s Brampton warehouse, using technical manuals, schematics, and websites accurately. Saturday availability is required.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will service ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other major appliances. You will identify parts, coordinate with the Parts Team, document repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with Saturday availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose appliance issues and identify required parts
- Repair ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators
- Coordinate components with the Parts Team
- Maintain accurate paperwork, service records,



and system entries
- Deliver quality repairs and professional customer service

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years diagnosing and repairing major appliances
- Robust technical knowledge of appliance repair practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
